With so much public confusion over medical marijuana TuTone decided to look up the definition of dispensary and caregiver, see below....

What I find is that most of the dispensaries and caregiver's in Colorado meet the definition of their job.

Looks like the town of Centennial, CO is being sued by patients and caregivers. On Monday Nov. 30, 2009 there will be a meeting st Arapahoe County District Court to sue the town of Centennial to allow dispensaries. Robert Corry is leading the fight.
The significance of the meeting will be to show that home rule towns do not have the right to impede patients from obtaining their medicine.
